Chief Medical Writer, (UK based remote working)

Are you an experience Medical writer with previous people management experience interested in working in the technology and life sciences sector? Our client, a leading provider of software to the life sciences is looking for an experienced Medical writer to help set up and shape their new team.

Typical responsibilities will include

·Manage the medical writing team

·Create efficient processes and best practice workflows

·Train new team members in best practices, technical features and software functionality

·Create and deliver monthly internal reports

·Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert to clients, as well as the marketing and business development teams.

·Create and deliver monthly internal reports to highlight successes and provide on-going recommendations for further optimization across Outcomes team

·Maintain proper knowledge of software and technology used, while leading process and workflow improvements collected from team members

·Working as part of a larger team to provide excellent client service demonstrated through repeat clients, referrals, and overall account growth
