Exciting opportunity to work for our International pharmaceutical client, who is looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to drive the EMEA Digital strategy across Oncology, Neurology and Alzheimer's Disease, Sales, Marketing and Medical through the development of a Digitisation Centre of Excellence.

In this role, you will work with the markets to implement the range of digital solutions through cross functional approaches that optimises uptake of all channels, whilst maintaining a firm eye on market trends; cultivating ideas that ensure the company progresses its Digitisation strategy successfully and sustains innovative ways of engaging HCP's and supporting patients.


Main duties and responsibilities:

* Full implementation of CRM and Digital Strategy
* Champion and transform strategy and business process that deliver a best in class digital ecosystem in alignment with business vision
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and medical teams to embed a digital culture that supports traditional methods of interacting with HCP's
* Identify new digital opportunities through business collaboration and making budget submissions within the company's financial planning cycle
* Full optimisation of Veeva CRM through analytics and collaboration with sales, marketing, and medical colleagues in the business groups
* Attend business reviews to understand market digital implementation and contribute to enhancing the digital approach of the market
* Project management of Digital solutions that include understanding business strategy, solution scoping, design, testing and deployment
* Design the Digital strategic imperatives and tactics for the EMEA brand plan in collaboration with EMEA brand and Medical Affairs teams
* Evaluate in partnership with the business groups, Oncology, Neurology and AD, commercialisation strategies and develop digital tactics that are aligned to brand life cycle management
* Evaluate the impact of Approved email tactics and associated analytics that help brand teams in decision making about use of the channel
* Assess the impact of local affiliate market projects such as E-rep solutions and identify scalability to benefit other affiliates
* Assess the implementation of webinar solutions both at EMEA and local country level to identify how to maximise best ways of working across the region
* Assess the impact of Closed Loop Marketing; helping EMEA marketing and local marketing teams to identify brand message acceptance and close the loop through support message improvement
* Develop a holistic marketing dashboard by optimising Veeva CRM capabilities to support EMEA and local brand teams in evaluating impact of all marketing digital channels
* Support Medical Affairs with Digital content creation and review of impact
* Drive the development of digital competency across the business groups
* Ensure compliance is maintained throughout all digital initiatives
* Identify customer engagement preference needs and assist markets in segmentation and targeting efforts
* Serve as the Digital central point of contact for Neurology, Oncology and AD
* Ensure oversight, project management and delivery of major programme initiatives that link to the organisation's digital innovation, digital capability, and digital engagement



Skills & Experience required:

* Extensive hands on Pharma digital expertise, or relevant consulting experience with digital tactics and channels
* Proven track record in Digital solutions and innovation
* Digital health, data, analytics, and omni-channel campaigns strongly preferred
* Experience in designing, building, and owning end to end customer experiences
* Experience in training delivery, market deployment and rollout across the EMEA region
* CRM experience and extracting meaningful digital insights
* Experience of budget management
* Can develop and execute structured project plans to a high standard
* People management experience
* Able to work in a cross culture and geographical way
