Job Details
We are representing a start up firm in the surgical space, who are growing quite fast lately, and receiving strong back up in terms of investments from their mother company!
We are looking for someone who can support commercial operations activities including: pricing management, tender management, sales analysis, forecast management, CRM, Business Case modelling etc.
You will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers while demonstrate flexible and creative leadership and able to build a network.
Ability to work under pressure at a considerable fast-paced company, set priorities, communicate effectively at different levels and self-motivate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive data collection & analysis, driving data modelling that improves performance and productivity
- Able to outline key insights and action plans from data analysis as needed by senior stakeholders & management; Experience in Power BI and other analytics tools is a plus
- Conduct price & net margin analysis to support pricing strategy & structure by market
- Keep track of discounts and rebates to the customer and ensure the right stakeholders are updated when prices are changed
- Support & collaborate with 10+ country teams and 15+ cross functional colleagues etc. in all sales operations activities
- Create dashboards and analytical models while assisting to create a Centralized Tender management excellence hub.
- Support markets as needed to on-board new process (exposure to Pharma tenders & tender management experience is a plus)
- Support Commercial Ops Integration activities of new products in the portfolio
- Lead Business Case modelling
Qualifications
- 2+ years of consulting experience ideally from top-tier consulting
- 5+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical industry within business functions (Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Business Development)
- Experienced on managing cross-functional teams through significant ambiguity and complexity
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with solid cross functional PM experience
- Commercial/Business Acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, relationship building skills, ability to navigate organizations and with individuals at all levels.
- Self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit willing to navigate within a lean structure
Education
- BS/BA required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) and/or advanced life sciences degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) is a plus
- Fluency in English, any other (s) European languages are a strong asset
