SENIOR MARKET ACCESS CONSULTANT - LONDON/MARLOW - PERMANENT

i-Pharm Consulting have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Market Access Consultant to join a leading market access and communication health care agency. You will join our global team of experts, working with 48 of the top bio pharmaceutical and medical device companies to support a variety of clients including Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access and Commercial teams.

TITLE:

Senior Market Access Consultant

ROLE:

Reporting into the Senior Director - Evidence and Access, you will work alongside the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to develop and expand the market access business through account management and providing clear strategic direction for clients and supporting the application of new technologies into clinical practice at a global, European and UK level.

Within this role you will:

• Responsible for the performance of clients throughout the delivery of all projects including financial performance, strategic direction, evaluation of deliverables, advising new business prospects and ensuring organic growth
• Work closely with the MD and CEO identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Responsible for consistent financial reporting to senior management and finance
• Trouble-shoot issues with accounts and clients, and planning and implementing corrective strategies
• Line management of the market access team including training in collaboration with the MD and HR
• As part of the senior team, you will develop ideas and contribute to the business strategy

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 7- 10 years consultancy experience within the pharmaceutical industry, either from an agency or CRO background across UK, EU or globally
• Strong line management experience, along with the ability to identify skill gaps and train as required Knowledge and experience in product development, approval, marketing and continued life-cycle management
• Good clinical knowledge and experience in a wide range of therapy areas
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Evidence of financial acumen

London or Marlow with the ability to work part time from home
