STUDY COORDINATOR - UK

I am looking for an experienced and self-motivated Clinical Operations professional with a few years of experience within the industry. This position is accountable for ensuring project co-ordination and operational solutions to support the Study Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical trials to facilitate effective trial management. My client is a global pharmaceutical company specialising in a wide range of therapeutic areas such as oncology, metabolic disorders, and CNS amongst others. This company has an excellent internal career progression programme which will permit you to achieve further promotion and progression within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering commitments in a timely manner to promote efficient trial management - contributing to study start-up and patient recruitment strategy
• Supporting the Study Managers' activities
• Performing and Coordinating site level feasibility activities
• Being the point of contact for CRO monitors for trial management activities
• Maintaining recruitment plans for studies and ensuring all submissions and approvals relating to country ethics and health authorities are in place

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Nursing Degree
• At least 3 years+ clinical operations experience - previous experience in project management is desirable
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of clinical trials
• Entitlement to work in the UK
• Full UK driver's licence
