Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Data Manager to join our Biometrics department. This role will be based remotely in Spain.
As The Senior Data Manager you will act as the lead for assigned studies and will be responsible for all aspects of clinical trial Data Management procedures. You will be the main point of contact for internal and external clients and will be responsible for attending and presenting at face-to-face meetings.
You also be responsible for providing support to the Data Manager Team Lead, providing study metrics and managing the build, cleaning and lock activities and ensures timelines are achieved.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential:
Previous Data Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a clinical research organisation Experience in a Lead Data Manager role Excellent knowledge in data management of eCRF or Paper studies including start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities Experience of allocating study tasks to Data Managers Excellent organisation and time management skills Proactivity and risk management skills Excellent attention to detail, flexible, well-motivated Good presentation skills Fluent in English

- A degree or equivalent in any science or mathematics field
- Experience in Oracle InForm eCRF
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Experience in presenting at bid defence meetings, including preparatory and follow up meetings
- Good understanding of clinical trial budgets
- Experience in presenting at Sponsor presentations including Kick of Meetings or Investigator Meetings
- Experience in supporting process improvement activites
