We are looking for SENIOR STATISTICAL PROGRAMMERS in R to join our growing team in these home base roles.

Applications must be in English to be considered

Our perfect candidates have the following:

  • MSc/PhD in mathematics, biostatistics, statistics or life sciences
  • A minimum of 4 great years work experience in R programming
  • Strong experience in clinical trials, non-interventional studies and/or Real-World Evidence projects
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills including fluent written and spoken English
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • The Right to Work in the hiring country (this is a must have!)

You’re an especially great match if you have:

  • A minimum of 2 great years leadership experience as a Line and/or Project Manager

Your daily missions would include:

  • Leading project teams in R for programming and testing all aspects of single or group clinical trials, from files to tables, listings and figures
  • Directly communicate with clients and clinical team members to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timelines
  • Interpret, plan and resource project level requirements and develop programming specifications for complex studies
  • Renegotiate project timelines when required
  • Provide advanced technical expertise and project solutions to the department
  • Programming from scratch as well as updating existing programs
  • Conducting statistical analyses for reports and publications
  • Development of programming and study documentation
  • Development and validation of new process technologies, macros and applications
  • Promote use of established standards and best practice
  • Innovating for solution and product development
  • Ensuring exceptional levels of quality
  • Training, mentoring and communicating effectively in a team environment
