    THE ROLE:

     

  • The International Business Consultancy (IBC) team develops a variety of services for Business Consultants in market so that they are equipped to deliver robust clinic assessments and impactful solutions to their clinics in a face to face as well as virtual environment. The team are also responsible for onboarding new Business Consultants and supporting their continuous development. Many initiatives developed by the international team, involve materials that require approval at an international level. The materials are then localized and approved at a market level.
  • The role of the Business Services Approval Lead will be to collaborate with functions such as the international legal team to review relevant materials developed by IBC, and then formally approve materials through internal processes (veeva vault) and within the legal framework presented by the legal team.
  • This role will also collaborate with compliance colleagues in markets to advise on processes to approve localized materials, ensuring a consistent compliance process is maintained in markets. This will be especially important early in the role as new processes and SOPs may be developed and implemented in market as well as at international level.

    THE CANDIDATE:

     

    Essential Education and Experience

     

  • Minimum 3 years legal experience
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of compliance in the pharma industry
  • Multicultural emotional intelligence and engagement
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and fluency in English. Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Preferable education and experience

     

  • International or Regional experience
  • Experience of working in capital equipment/FMCG
  • University degree
