CRA II (remote-based)

Hobson Prior is currently looking for a CRA II for an exciting permanent opportunity at a leading pharmaceutical organisation, based in Belgium, working remotely.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Site Managers will be responsible for all site-related aspects of this project.
• Globally, each Site Manager will be chosen to be proficient in the local languages for the sites they cover.
• Each Site Manager will be provided with a list of sites and will work with the site staff and the client to create a list of implanted patients, dates of the implant, demographic and other information, and load all into the EDC.
• Wherever the site staff do not enter data directly into the EDC, the Site Manager will enter data obtained through direct access to the EMR, source documentation provided by the site staff, or through telephone contact with the staff.
• Image transfer will be facilitated by the Site Managers, either through mailing of discs or, in some cases, with direct upload to a web-based image transfer system.
• The Site Managers will be work with the sites to complete any contracts that are necessary.
• Where IRB approval is needed, the Site Managers will work with the Site staff to complete the initial application and any renewals.
• The Site Managers will work with the site staff to obtain patient follow-up dates for visits and imaging. Reminders or alerts will be developed to facilitate timely and complete follow-up for visits and imaging studies.
• Where patient information or disposition is not available at the site, the Site Manager will work with the site to obtain vital status and other information, in some cases contacting referring physicians for follow-up information.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Electronic Data Capture Systems and IRB's.
• 1-2 years of experience as a CRA.
• Experience with Medical Devices.
