In-House Consultant- CRM & SharePoint

Description

I am currently partnered with one of the world’s leading CDMO companies in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. They offer services that cover the entire value change of the manufacturing and development of all common dosage forms.

They have continually grown and expanded to become Europe’s market leader in B2B. With 10+ production sites in multiple countries around the world, they are looking for an experienced individual to join their evolving team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in CRM and SharePoint systems and/or related fields, be enthusiastic, confident and have a flexible approach to work.

You will be supporting the IT team in further development and admin of their CRM & SharePoint systems.

Responsibilities

• Advising, recording and implementing enquiries from the specialist departments (eg- legal, sales etc)
• Be the contact person for the departments in terms of CRM and process automation
• User documentation and training
• Support, operation and further development of CRM and SharePoint including 1st and 2nd level support

Requirements

• Good experience as a CRM Dynamics and SharePoint user
• Good knowledge of Java/JavaScript is advantageous
• Project management experience would be beneficial
• Fluent in German and good English preferred

Nice to Have

·        Degree is business informatics, or completed vocational training as an IT specialist
