Global Clinical Project Manager Phase4

I am partnered with an award winning Global CRO company who are expanding their presence in the Real World Evidence / Phase4 clinical space

With a strong research focus in oncology, metabolic, autoimmune diseases and HIV. They are building new clinical R&D units across Europe and pre-clinical labs with a focus on antibody engineering, mRNA therapeutics and target discovery.

My client is looking for a Senior Study Manager / Global Project Manager / Study Manager / Clinical Trial Manager to join their growing business. This is a remote based role from anywhere in the EU / UK space.

Job responsibilities:

•             Responsible for European execution and delivery of assigned studies to timelines, budget and quality expectations as defined

•             Responsible for the discipline of risk-based planning, organizing and managing contingency plans for the late stage of the study & post marketing to bring about the successful completion of a specific project in a timely manner

•             Ability to ensure the quality and integrity of studies conducted in European countries by taking appropriate business management activities as agreed with Senior Management

•             Responsible for study oversight: coordinating internal and external operational activities, maintaining clear visibility to sites’ progress and issues and reviewing protocol deviations and metrics

•             Ability to develop and maintain regional study plan and forecasts, including budgets, milestones, timelines, quality, and risk planning

•             Ability to lead countries/sites feasibility and preparation of pre-site selection in cooperation with Medical Advisors and Regional Management.

Job requirements:

•             > 4+ years of clinical research experience, in planning/executing and monitoring clinical trials

•             > 4 years of experience in a regional/global project management role

•             Experience in Real World Evidence or late Phase stages; Phase-IIII

•             Strong project management mindset, and ability to work and lead in a matrix team environment involving both internal and external Partners

•             Excellent organizational skill

•             Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a complex matrix environment

•             Excellent leadership skills, promoting motivation and empowerment of others in order to accomplish individual, team and organizational objectives
