Description

I am currently partnered with a rapidly growing company that provides market intelligence services for the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Biotech industry. They are well known for their accurate and timely analysis of sales forecasts, R & D pipeline, markets and reported drug sales.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual to work with a company that is constantly changing and evolving internally.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, especially within the pharma industry and be enthusiastic, confident and have a flexible approach to work.

Additionally, you must have excellent organisational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritise work under pressure and meet conflicting deadlines. You will be willing to go the extra mile to support a diligent team of like-minded individuals.

As Senior Product Manager you will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the success of their product portfolio and contribute to their continuous growth as they enter the next wave of their plan.

Responsibilities

• Determine how & where to invest capabilities across the product portfolio
• Understand the market & customer needs to develop portfolio offerings
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, R&D etc
• Define go-to market strategy, help marketing to understand product positioning and key benefits
• Support the business strategy, including developing business cases, profitability analysis & due diligence of acquisition targets
• Communicate the needs of the market internally

Requirements

• Proven product management experience within the life sciences
• Understanding of competitive intelligence, BD & licensing and/or business analytics
• Able to present business cases and communicate objectives clearly
• Highly driven and energetic
• Ability to work in a collaborative & cross-functional way
