Head of Marketing - Dermatology - Berkshire

They now seek a Head of Marketing at the location shown.

In this key role you will deliver a successful launch in the UK and IE and achieve performance goals to ensure successful development and implementation of marketing initiatives. Working with Global Teams, you will influence and shape strategic and tactical plans, lead the UK/IE marketing and cross-functional teams in the planning and execution for launch brands and line manage 2 direct reports.

Key customers include medicines management personnel, high cost drugs leads, commissioners, formulary/prescribing committee members and private dermatology providers.

It will be your responsibility to maximise the performance of the field teams through appropriate learning coaching and interventions.

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Achieve targets against agreed market access objectives
• Develop and implement a regional access business plan
• Develop and maintain a network of key regional and local NHS stakeholders who influence prescribing
• Work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure the annual business plans reflect the needs of the NHS and the field teams

Experience/skills Required:

• ABPI qualified with significant experience with sales/marketing or product management in the pharmaceutical industry
• Project management skills
• Analytic skills and ability to handle complex issues
• Strong focus on execution & dealing with ambiguity
• Cross functional collaboration
• Knowledge of NHS environment
• Experience in Biologics is essential, and Dermatology is desirable
