I am looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager with a can-do attitude to join my client, an award-winning creative full-service healthcare communications agency based in London.

You will be joining a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-growing global agency within their medical education team with the opportunity to challenge yourself to think about how you can work in collaboration with the advertising team to produce activity that has maximum impact.

This is a key role where you will see yourself being the clients day-to-day contact, managing relationships, and setting expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day client management and relationship development
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to brief
  • Internal management of jobs across a range of activity
  • Manage all financial aspects and forecasting
  • Mentor and inspire junior members of the team
  • New business and organic business growth

Requirements:

  • Experience within a medical communications agency – essential
  • Ability to develop long lasting relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including when working under      pressure
  • Good understanding of the ABPI code of practice
