CONTRACT: Clinical Data Analyst

Position: Clinical Data Associate 

Contract: 12 Months 

Location: London (Remote Working possibility)

Umbilical Life is working with a Pharmaceutical client to source an experienced Clinical Data Associate.

• The Clinical Data Associate will be responsible for identifying and executing on data and analytics reporting needs. 
• You will drive effective change management through showcasing your analytics capabilities and proposition value to the leadership team.
• Help identify data gaps and errors in reports.
• Assists in creating ad-hoc and recurring reports for Medical Affairs systems. 
• May assist in quality control and improvement initiatives for Medical Affairs. Helps develop technical solutions to complex problems.
• Help lead the roll-out of new reports, tools, and processes to end-users. Participates in system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Works in a highly cross-functional manner and is able to be agile if priorities change across several key customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educated to degree level in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in the management of data and reporting around Medical Affairs systems – including but not limited to Salesforce CRM systems, Analytics tools (Tableau, Qlik, and MicroStrategy), Veeva systems (Vault MedComms), and other validated systems.
• Demonstrated success in developing effective solutions to complex problems. 
• Demonstrated success in establishing effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Must be able to participate in multiple departmental or interdepartmental strategic initiatives under limited supervision.
• Must be able to resolve problems using national and international regulations, guidelines, and investigator interaction.
