We are now seeking an outstanding Medical Science Liaison to work with this ground-breaking company.

Medical Science Liaison serves as an ambassador and an advocate for our client within the healthcare community. By virtue of their training, the MSL is well-positioned to discuss and provide scientific and therapeutic information to Health Care Professionals and Researchers (Medical and Scientific Leaders) viewed by their peers to be authorities in a therapeutic field.

You will lead business critical projects, launch preparation activities, liaising with Patients associations in line with the medical strategy, and in collaboration/as per guidance of the Medical Lead.

Experience required:

• Experience as an MSL or other in specialty care/hospitals/pharmacy
• Oncology experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to handle interactions with specialist physicians and opinion leaders
• Ability to comprehend, adapt and interpret clinical and pre-clinical data
• Commercial acumen to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
• Ability to identify and facilitate development of external investigators
• Understanding organisational behaviour, and academic and corporate culture
• Experience in developing/communicating clinical/scientific trials and publications with Academics and Health Care Providers strongly preferred
• Experience interacting with, and/or presenting to, CCG audiences preferred (e.g., Managed Care, Medical Directors and Pharmacy Directors)
• Expertise in compliance: ABPI Code applicability in practice, regulations/requirements/guidelines that govern this position, including interactions with providers, payers, and sales representatives is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulations and guidance governing promotional activities is also preferred
