Job Details
Our client is a clinical stage gene therapy company that develops treatments for diseases that are seriously affecting patients worldwide.
In this role of Material QC Senior Scientist you will be responsible for managing materials qualification and support GMP compliant tasks for QC release of materials.
The main responsibilities are:
- Monitor material inspection programme ensuring that the materials used are appropriate for the manufacturing of products
- Technical input - CAPA, Deviations, change controls etc
- In-house Id (IR / Raman)
- Raw materials testing
- Maintenance and review of SOP's
- Ensure material documentation meets GMP requirements
- Review processes
- Ensure facility is acceptable and customers receive products on-time
- Help train others
What you need:
- Experience of working within a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Quality Management
- Bsc in Chemistry/Biology or relevant work experience in pharma
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a GxP environment
