Job Details
Growing Italian CRO with its Headquarters in Italy and offices around Europe looking for an Associate Director to assist with the expansion of Data Management function to the USA. The client is looking for someone to set up and build the department as an Associate Director.
The Associate Director will:
- Lead Data Management activities and provide support in a) maintenance of effective DM department and b) reviewing budget proposals.
- Attend meetings with sponsors, mainly bid defence and kick off.
- Ensure studies are produced on time and in budget.
- Ensure team alignment of company ethos and strategy by supporting the DM Director.
The Associate Director would ideally have:
- At least 10 years of experience in Data Management and strong knowledge of processes.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry and clinical development process.
- CRO oversight.
