What will you be doing as a Contractor Care Consultant?

Offering exceptional levels of customer service and support to our current professional Contractors across EMEA in order to maximise their retention.

Maintaining frequent contact and communication via phone and email and supporting our Contractors throughout their current working assignments

Efficiently handling candidate queries by either providing direct support or putting them in contact with the relevant internal department

Promoting Proclinical's services at all times to ensure we are the preferred recruitment agency for all Life Science candidates

Working closely with the Recruitment Consultants and supporting them in acquiring business leads and candidate referrals or recommendations

Accurately updating and maintaining records on our internal company database and accurately logging information directly onto client portals

Ensuring all Compliance documentation is complete and up to date and to acquire and lodge all supporting documentation provided by the Contractors during their assignments.
