Job Purpose

Clinical Trial Leader (CTL) is accountable for planning, executing and to support reporting on global phase I-IV clinical trials from operational planning through trial closeout,

in compliance with sponsor processes, GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements under close supervision of Global Clinical Operations Leader.

Major Accountabilities

1. Operationalize protocol

2. Oversee country and site selection activities leading to initiation of sites

3. Prepare, Implement and Manage Vendors

4. Oversee IMP supplies and manage non-IMP supplies across regions

5. Manage overall trial conduct in coordination with CTT, line functions and CRO

6. Facilitate trial close out activities

Ideal Background

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in life

science/healthcare, Master degree is preferred

Languages: Fluent English (oral and written)

Experience:

• Thorough knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, regulatory processes, and clinical development process
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
• Project Management experience preferred >4 years operational experience in planning /executing/ reporting of clinical trials
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to collaborate across partner functions in a matrix environment
• Reproducible results in clinical operations
• Ability to work in a global cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead a cross-functional trial team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Resolve issues with supervision and understand when to escalate
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage trial
