Albion Rye Associates are pleased to be working closely with one of the largest global networks in healthcare communications, who are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Account Manager to join their fast-growing team.

I am keen to hear from experienced account managers who are ready to step into a senior role or candidates already working at senior account manager level but looking for a fresh new challenge in a supportive team. You will be working on fast-growing and fast-paced accounts that deliver award-winning, innovative, and creative projects across both traditional medical education initiatives and evolving digital platforms and channels.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Responsible for developing strategic programmes, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Develop proposals for new business and attend pitches
  • Work across multiple therapy areas, be a lead contact for clients and take ownership of allocated projects
  • Establish and develop relationships with key client personnel
  • Mentor and line manage junior team members

REQUIREMENTS

  • Life Science degree
  • Extensive experience within a medical communications agency
  • Client facing experience, comfortable in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Possess excellent understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, e.g. ABPI
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including when working under pressure
