Our Project Delivery team directs, coordinates and manages the technical and operational aspects of projects, securing the successful completion of clinical trials. We collaborate with functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project and ensure that solutions are implemented.

An opportunity has arisen for a position as Executive Assistant to support our newly integrated PM/CTM Operations Delivery Team Head and leadership team in the Hematology/Oncology Group.

This is a full-time permanent position and we seek someone based in the EMEA region.

You will be responsible for, among other duties:
  • Providing senior-level administrative support for multiple leaders
  • Composing and distributing correspondence, memoranda, reports, documents, forms, and tables as requested
  • Coordinating details of onsite and offsite meetings and conferences including catering needs
  • Proactively collecting, compiling and preparing presentations, data, reports, meetings agendas, and other documents; establishing, organising and maintaining files.
  • Composing, copying and distributing correspondence and memoranda, reports, documents, forms and tables as requested
  • Providing assistance to other EA's for temporary work overloads and as backup for temporary absences


Education and experience:
  • Educated to 'A' Level standard as a minimum or equivalent
  • Ideally previous similar administrative support experience
  • Confident to handle confidential information and data effectively
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills, ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
  • Very strong IT skills including: Excel (pivot tables), Word, Visio and powerpoint
  • The ability to work independently
  • Can identify and set priorities and effectively perform a variety of task simultaneously
  • Can work collaboratively with Hem/Onc Senior Leadership Team and the other EA's
  • Flexibility to work in an environment that is ever changing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent English language skills - written and oral communication
