Accountable for:

• Lead, coordinate and manage all statistical programming activities.
• Provide statistical programming liaison to clients and input/implementation for SAPs.
• Perform validation of programming team.
• Leading initiatives for improving department efficiency. 
• Main POC with sponsor clients and involvement in bid defence meetings.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• At least 6 years’ experience programming in the pharmaceutical/CRO environments.
• Experience in programming from study set-up to final reporting.
• Ability to simplify complex issues/concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of SAS and CDISC.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to set and manage priorities/expectations.
• Good problem solving and conflict management skills.
