About the role This position will work directly with scientists, manufacturing personnel, logistics and customer service personnel and management to assure the implementation of the quality management (ISO 9001). Performs and maintains critical quality systems (e.g., ISO13485, ISO 9001, FDA Quality System Regulation, non-conformances, corrective and preventative actions, investigations, training, and metrics) as they relate to the manufacture, analytical testing, and auditing of internal and external quality assurance related activities. Roles & Responsibilities: Knowledge of design validation and verification activities Ability to complete quality management subsystems (PM, CAPA, NC, Complaints etc.,) in the electronic management system Ability to follow procedures in a lab environment. 2-4 years' working in a team-oriented environment in a regulated industry Confident and effective communicator, inter-departmental, with managers as well as peers. Ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet timelines, and perform simple mathematical calculations according to procedures Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with MS Office, esp. Excel and Word About you The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of an B.S. degree. Key to success in this position is the ability to work within and across the organization and external provider network at all levels creating value and buy-in as a key change facilitator for quality deployment.
