Your responsibilities:

Provide and manage the scientific and business communication strategy, reporting to the CEO.

Define and implement business communication strategy: via social media posts with which you have familiarity. Collaborate with medical and clinical affairs managers and appreciate the scientific content. Write white papers, blogs, general publications on any platforms, mostly web, implementing web sites optimizing traffic and references. Care of internal and external events and conferences organization communication, relating with the business and scientific managers. Prepare and participate to International Conferences. Liaise with Institutions, Patients advocacy Groups, Clinical Key Opinion Leaders and National and International Institutions and Investors  

Scouting of grants. Coordinate the writing of grant applications under the supervision of the management and collaborate on submitting papers for publications. Coordinate the redaction of documents on new drugs development projects’ planning in synergy with the CMO and CEO and interact with Financial Manager and Medical Writers : organization of writing and finalizing  all documents. Plan and manage the documentation process. Follow up the process of submission and administration with the Financial Manager. Understand medical papers, editorial and peer-review publications, abstracts, posters, white papers and other promotional material.

Your qualifications:

You have preferably a PhD or a MSc or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or a related field and 2+ years of experience in the medical/pharma/healthcare industry with communication/marketing role.

Alternatively you may have a management or marketing/communication degree but at least 2 years experience in medical communication and/or may have taken classes in communication at Medical School.

You preferably have a specific degree in Digital Marketing and/or Medical Communication or a scientific background in Life Science and have demonstrated skills or experience or diploma on Digital Communication.

Fluency in English and local language, if different, is a MUST. Strong Communication skills: both written and oral is a MUST. Strong computer skills, problem solving skills and a high attention to detail. Exceptional organizational skills. Experience in a Start Up and Drug Discovery is a plus Business and Management Degree or Business Experience is a plus.
