The Senior Benefits Analyst will partner with the Benefits team to assist with the development, implementation, and administration of Parexel's UK & Ireland benefits programs along with supporting on EMEA wide projects.The Parexel benefits team is regional (Americas, EMEA and APAC). The primary focus of this role is UK & Ireland with some support across EMEA projects.The senior benefit analyst will provide project management support in relation to employee benefit and wellbeing services. The role entails working closely on internal communications, supporting the launch design of any new or revised benefits.

The role is based out of Uxbridge but work-arrangement will be remote with the possibility to be in the office from time to time.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • Research, investigate and respond to benefit related inquiries as 2nd level support
  • Provide associate analyst with support on benefit queries
  • Provide technical administrative support to the Benefits team on programs such as group protection benefits, health, dental, pension, voluntary benefits, and wellness
  • Support the Total Rewards team and participate in adhoc and global projects
  • Support with process improvements
  • Present benefits offerings during new hire orientation
  • Support with benchmarking activities and benefit renewals
  • Lead open enrolment activities
  • Work with vendors, Darwin online benefits tool and Payroll to ensure benefit processing is correct and resolve any issues
  • Audit, reconcile and process invoices in an accurate and timely fashion and resolve issues with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update process and procedure documents
  • Provide data and assistance for internal/external audits
  • Support with completing and analyzing benefit surveys
  • Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • High degree of confidentiality and strong customer service skills and responsiveness when engaging with employees, managers, HR and 3rd party vendors
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide prompt, accurate response
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to work or act as liaison between other departments and partner with others
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Must be organized and comfortable working in face paced environment
  • Proficient or advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite - specifically Outlook, Excel (including Pivots and VLOOKUP's)
  • Strong numeric skills and ability to create mail merge documents
  • Experience with Workday a plus
  • Knowledge of surveys a plus: Mercer, Towers Watson, Aon Hewitt, Alan Jones, and Radford.
  • Must be fluent in English - ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in benefits administration in a professional work environment


  • Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or other analytic oriented degree would be beneficial but is not essential
