Medical Operations Specialist
Contract until the end of 2021: High chance of extension
Buckinghamshire: Some home flexibility
30-35 per hour: Outside IR35

- Medical Events Planner

 This position will involve cross-functional engagement and organisation. The position is initially until the end of the year with a high probability of extension.

Key activities and tasks include:
Medical Event Planning of sensitive meetings with less than 30 external participants
Organise the events and attend key meetings with EMEA team and key stakeholders
Organise, set-up and conduct the medical events
Select external vendors and relevant medical communication and logistic agencies for each event
Arrange all logistics and close events against agreed budgets
Grant/Consultancy agreements
Speaker arrangements
Ensure all events and documentation is in line with company policy and procedure
Budget planning, tracking and overall management

Qualifications and experience required:
Experience in organising medical events via a virtual environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of relationship management
External agency/vendor management
Awareness and application of healthcare compliance
Fluent in English
Any additional EMEA language would be a strong advantage but not a necessity
Able to travel to site when required
