Technical Support Engineer - Dublin

I am working with a very interesting company in Dublin currently in high growth mode. They are leading the way with a software platform changing how clinical research is conducted.

Due to rapid growth, they require 4 entry-level Technical Support Specialists to handle customer requests for all elements the Platform. Currently this is working from home, but the aim is to grow the team on site in Dublin in the future.

You will be responsible for answering customer phone calls, email and chats to resolve their platform issues.

They offer exceptional training for this role salary c£30k EUR (there may be flexibility dependant on experience)

Due to the company being US based, there will be shift work expected, generally 5am - 2pm GMT.
