Job Details
NonStop Pharma, one of the most successful divisions of NonStop Consulting AG are mandated by a growing European Pharmaceutical firm, in order to find them their next Sales Representative, or a Key Account Manager (Ideally a senior candidate).
For this job, the person needs to speak German, and needs to bring experience from a well known Pharmaceutical firm, selling to Hospitals in the German speaking part of Switzerland. The job could be based in Basel, Bern, Aargau, and the person will mainly work from home.
Responsibilities:
· Build strong and effective relationships with health care professionals (including hospital pharmacists) within the relevant hospitals, specialist medical centers and private practices
· Implement a holistic approach to customer contact, providing clinical knowledge and the ability to anticipate environmental changes and obstacles
· Continuous pursuit of market intelligence: Insights into customer needs, expectations and challenges in the environment
· Development of a key account plan in cooperation with the Medical Scientific Liaison Manager (MSL) and marketing with a focus on key accounts: Definition of measurable goals and strategies to gain access to customers and add value to them to offer
· Continuous review and updating of key account plans based on analysis of sales reports and on-site information
· Initiation, development and implementation of a growth plan to position the focus products among health professionals as "Top of Mind"
Requirements:
· Completed degree in natural sciences or paramedical background
· Certified pharmaceutical consultant shqa or pharmaceutical specialist with federal diploma.
-Qualification
· Several years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (especially hospital business)
· Experience in dermatology and key account management are a plus
· Experience in creating and implementing multichannel plans
· Excellent knowledge of strategic hospital account management and planning
· Experience in the complex, high-quality medical environment
· Experience in biologic is desirable
· Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
· Good written and spoken English
· Strategic thinking
