Job Details
Our client, a top Swiss Pharmaceutical company, is looking for a SAP Business Support Specialist based in or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• SAP ERP and interface expertise for regular interface monitoring including error analysis, handling and continuous improvement for the business departments together with the other systems in use (e.g. MES system in production and packaging, eWM module in the warehouse, external packaging suppliers via TIBCO or ARIBA ) as well as quality systems.
• SAP ERP Incident & amp; Change management (analysis, specification, testing (system and user acceptance tests) training) for various support cases, especially in the purchasing area in close contact with key / end users.
• Close cooperation with internal and external partners from the other SAP support areas as well as other system specialists and the regional SAP IT support for global projects.
• Active monitoring with the creation of analyzes so that trends can be shown.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and finding solutions.
Must haves:
• Apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics or similar (*****)
• Min. 5 - 10 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry in manufacturing site processes (***)
• Experience in IT support processes in a manufacturing site (business) environment is a MUST (*****)
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP (R / 3) MM and PP-PI modules are a MUST (*****), experience in QM, SD modules are an advantage
• Experience in interface monitoring (queue monitoring, other tools such as Etrack) an advantage (** )
• Business fluency in German and English is a MUST, at least one language fluent and the other at least level B2

• Very good analytical, conceptual and organizational skills with strong customer orientation and service thinking as well as process understanding and E2E mindset.
• Team-minded, motivated, independent, committed and resilient personality with excellent communication skills
