Compliance Executive - Dermatology - Berkshire

Our client is a global organisation with a rich history and heritage of over 110 years expertise in developing innovative care solutions and holistic programmes. They pride themselves on focusing on a patient and people centric culture.

They now seek a Compliance Executive at the location shown who under the direction of the Head of Compliance and Medical governance will support healthcare compliance processes and systems.

Key customers include medicines management personnel, high cost drugs leads, commissioners, formulary/prescribing committee members and private dermatology providers.

It will be your responsibility to maximise the performance of the field teams through appropriate learning coaching and interventions.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of disclosure requirements to HCPs, HCOs, patient organisations, patients and public including consultancy, sponsorship, grants and donations, joint working and collaborative working, and other fees for service
  • To work alongside specialists within the organisation to ensure systems that support UK/IE processes are kept up to date
  • To monitor relevant SOP changes and ensure these are incorporated in all relevant systems
  • To support compliance training initiatives for both head office and field involving logistical support as well as developing and delivering training as required

Experience/skills Required:

  • Life science degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the self-regulatory framework for the pharmaceutical industry: ABPI Code of Practice, regulatory authority (MHRA) requirements, MHRA guidelines for the promotion of medicines.
  • Ideally, familiarity with PromoMats and Veeva CRM, as well as IT tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and team working skills
  • An ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Proactive with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
