Richmond Pharmacology is one of Europe's leading Contract Research Organizations, conducting ground breaking clinical trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas. We are looking for a nurse to join our Acute Clinical Management team in a role that will cover both patient care (safety monitoring) and training of staff in clinical procedures, ILS and possibly ALS.

The successful candidate will have considerable experience already in a nursing role and will be entirely at home with core clinical procedures including phlebotomy, ECG, spirometry, taking vitals, etc. You should also have some experience of training junior staff and colleagues. You must be ILS certified at least and ALS certification would be highly attractive. Candidates will be trained to instruct ILS and ALS courses and will ultimately be responsible for training and assessing all of RPL's clinical staff, including the Research Physicians to maintain these accreditations.

Additional tasks will include training staff in general clinical procedures, assisting in training for study specific clinical procedures and, ultimately, opportunities to adopt team leading or management responsibilities.

If you are interested in this opportunity and would like to apply, please follow the link to our Bamboo HR candidate site to register your interest. We are currently hiring into a Resuscitation Practitioner role and a Senior Resuscitation Practitioner role. Candidate who have already achieved ALS accreditation should make it clear that they are interested in the Senior post when applying.
