Team Leader Production Sensors

Hobson Prior are looking for a Team Leader Production Sensors to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation focused on providing better ventilation care to patients living with severe illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Head of the sensor manufacturing department.
• Management responsibility for a team of approx. 25 employees.
• Process owner in the manufacture of pH sensors and their components.
• Deriving and recording production key figures (KPI).
• Evaluating and introducing new production technologies as well as promoting automation solutions.
• Leadership or participation in quality and cost optimization via the CIP process.
• Leadership or participation in initiatives from the production strategy as well as within the change process.
• Leadership of or participation in task forces in the event of quality problems.
• Contact person for audits within the pH sensor production.

Key Skills:

• Good social skills and a hands-on mentality (assertiveness, action orientation and determination).
• Independent, structured and practice-oriented way of working as well as analytical thinking skills.

Requirements:

• Engineer (FH / TS) in the field of electrical engineering, system technology, mechanical engineering or similar.
• Several years of management and / or project manager experience in a similar position is required.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of process development is an advantage.
• Great knowledge of German and knowledge of English is an advantage.
