Job Details
ExecuPharm (Parexel company) is currently looking for a Global Human Resources Onboarding Specialist support the onboarding efforts in Europe. This is a full-time, home-based position in the UK.
Position Purpose:
The Global Human Resources (HR) Onboarding Specialist is responsible for:
- Providing global support with a focus within the EMEA region, including, but not limited to communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date, gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling their first days.
- Organizing and facilitating our company's onboarding procedures for new hires within the global footprint.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Works closely with recruiting teams for ExecuPharm (EP) and Parexel (Pxl) to continue candidate experience through the onboarding process.
- Gathers & analyzes data on new hire onboarding experiences to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
- Keeps spreadsheets up to date with detailed candidate and hire information (i.e., candidates, scheduling changes, etc.)
- Works either independently and/or in conjunction with Manager, Human Resources Onboarding
- Responsible for the follow through and is accountable for workload, evaluation of candidates in the process and compliance of everything processed.
- Covers team members in times of sickness, vacation, and any other necessary gaps for team
- Reviews new hire paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compares it with the minimum requirements for placement per EP’s Master Services Agreements.
- Sends new hire paperwork to candidate in accordance with EP’s new hire checklists which outlines Client-specific documentation required before beginning an assignment at EP’s Clients.
- Regularly monitors the progress and status of new hire’s Background Checks and Drug Screens and communicate with Background Check companies, recruiters, managers, and any other stakeholder to ensure all requirements are complete prior to new hire start date.
- Verifies and validates that all paperwork is forwarded to HR prior to a new staff members’ start date.
- Handles sensitive and confidential employee information.
