What will you be doing?

• You will be joining a successful high-performing team where you will be mentored and coached by our market leading Associate Vice President.
• You will be responsible for generating fees by filling contingent and retained positions with your clients who can range from Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical organisations to innovative start ups and SME’s. If you fancy yourself as a friendly yet competitive "people person" then this is the role for you.
• You will continue to build out our offering across the Global Life Sciences market by finding new exciting companies to work with through business development, attendance at global conferences whilst also developing your skills as a market expert.
• You will use your strong marketing and social media skills to develop our brand into new areas as we continue to grow.
• You will strive to consistently provide a high calibre service to our clients and candidates.

What can you bring?

• An ambitious attitude! We are growing and we want you to grow with us. Our target hitting consultants can expect to see a promotion every 12-18 months.
• Previous experience within Life Science or Data Science recruitment is desired but not essential, your attitude and desire to learn is key, we can help you with the rest!

• A friendly, trustworthy and positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things and be constantly challenged.
