Remote (but based on the East Coast)

$80k – $100k (with OTE of approx. $150k+)

Albion Rye Associates are proud and extremely excited to be partnered exclusively with a boutique, start-up healthcare marketing and native advertising agency. Meaning, I am now on the look-out for a superstar Sales Manager who is passionate about going beyond traditional advertising by offering omnichannel expertise that stands out from the crowd. This is a career defining opportunity where you will grow out your own team, lead from the front and build exceptional client relationships in a highly strategic role.

Responsibilities

  • The ideal applicant brings hard-won experience to the table and can point to successful projects and high-performance teams, proven to have led in the past.
  • As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing the brand, building sales strategies for all distribution channels, and deploying sales teams.
  • You will have the responsibility and exciting challenge of growing out your own team, ideally with a team of minimum 8 sales reps by the end of 2021. This duty also involves ensuring your teams capabilities and ensuring that you and the team are regularly exceeding sales growth and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital or healthcare advertising agency (or within healthcare sales)
  • Experience with sales technology and CRM software
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales leadership role
  • B2B enterprise sales
  • Ideal candidate will have experience driving revenue from $0 - $10M (USD)
  • Pharma sales experience is required.
