Albion Rye Associates are working closely with a digitally focussed agency that drive meaningful HCP engagement

Producing high quality, science led and ‘written for digital’ educational content across various formats for HCPs.

My client is looking for a passionate Senior Medical Writer who has well-developed scientific writing skills with the ability to adapt content using a variety of styles and outputs to cater for different audience.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and delivery of high-quality medical content that is scientifically and grammatically accurate, aligned with educational objectives and suitable for the target audience, while also meeting time and budgetary constraints
• Writing a variety of projects at the same time, always ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Reviewing and proof-reading materials produced by other members of the wider scientific team, KOLs or specialist freelancers
• Ability to learn new therapy areas quickly, inspiring confidence with the client and your colleagues
• Contributing ideas for business proposals
• Mentoring and guiding the junior medical writers

Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in a life science subject or a closely related subject
• Previous experience writing within a medical communications or pharmaceutical setting
• Solid understanding of the drug development process and all relevant regulations
• Strong project and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Experience in writing for digital would be advantageous
• Line management or mentoring experience beneficial
