Freelance Clinical Study Manager - Home Based Europe - CRO

i-Pharm Consulting are seeking on behalf of a mid-size full service CRO a Freelance Clinical Project Manager to support the management of UK based clinical trials for the treatment of Infectious Diseases and the development of Vaccines. You can be based anywhere in Europe, but you must have experience managing UK trials.

TITLE:

Clinical Study Manager

Reporting directly into Head of Project Management

THE ROLE:

You will be involved in:

• Study oversight
• Project assessment and initiation
• Participate in proposal development and bid defence for RFPs
• Selection and management of third party vendors (central labs etc)
• Milestone planning and tracking
• Management and tracking of project budgets
• Serve as primary sponsor contact
• Coordinating with internal teams including data management, regulatory etc
• Assign and monitor resource needs
• Lead kick off meetings / study progress meetings

EXPERIENCE:

• Life Science OR nursing background
• Significant experience leading full service clinical trial projects (UK)
• Previous CRA or co-monitoring experience is preferred but not required
• Strong experience working as a CRO Project Manager
• Phase II/III experience required
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to work cross functionally across multiple functions
• Vaccines/Virology experience is highly sought after otherwise Infectious Disease/Respiratory experience is required

DURATION:

6 - 12 months

RATE:
