Strategic Research Consultant

I am currently partnered with a leading boutique consultancy who specialise in Life science Market Research across Europe. They are an extremely successful organisation who have grown by 300 % in the past 3 years and have exceeded all expectations set out in the first few years of business. They have a key specialism in phase 2 & 3 developmental projects within primary and secondary research as well as product lifecycle management with a 50 - 55 % conversion rate on RFP proposals in 2020. 

They want to continue their growth at the same trajectory over the course of 2021/ 2022 and so are seeking the next important hire that can act as a Strategic Research consultant working alongside senior leaders of the business in order to make a big impact within this critical growth phase. 

If you have strong Pharmaceutical and life science knowledge with a hunger to learn new processes and take on a new challenge then this will be the perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities / Experiences; 

• Conducting Primary Research utilising qualitative methods 
• Responding to RFP pitches alongside your Senior Consultant 
• Taking on Project management responsibilities, ensuring the project is running smoothly to time and budget and setting up calls and meetings when needed. 
• Work on an international Scope with a key focus in European Markets 
• Mentoring Junior Members of the team acting as a guide / role model. 
• Working on all stages of the projects lifecycle depending on the requirements from the client e.g. Design through to delivery. 
• Broad range of key methodologies 

Key Requirements / Experience; 

• 4 - 8 years Market Research Experience 
• Healthcare & Life science Focussed in a consultancy or Research company 
• Qualitative Research focus 
• Exposure to Quantitative processes 
• International Project Experience 
• MSc or Degree in a relevant life science subject
