Account Manager - Diagnostics - QLD
Our client is a specialist in manufacturing and distributing solutions for Acute Care Diagnostics. The product portfolio includes blood gas analysis, point of care diagnostics, monitoring and sampling. Due to continuous growth, we require an Account Manager to join the team in QLD. This is a full-time permanent opportunity.
ROLE/DESCRIPTION
We require an Account Manager to join a global medical device company. This is a sales role which will develop relationships with strategic accounts in the QLD region. The suitable candidate will have a strong network in the Diagnostics / Pathology space and will draw on this network to grow the business. Working closely with Field Service Engineers and Clinical Application Specialist you will assist current customers and develop new business.
The successful Account Manager will be tasked with providing training on devices to key customers in the QLD region. You will oversee the installation of products working closely with applications. This is a full-time permanent opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the healthcare industry preferably within devices or diagnostics
- Specific experience selling diagnostics, monitoring or point of care is highly favourable
- Experience working with Health Districts and healthcare professionals in the diagnostics or pathology space
- Scientific experience in a diagnostic / pathology laboratory is welcome
- Driven professional with the desire to succeed and can-do attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences essential
