Role – Planning & Resource Analyst                         

Location – Reading (WFH flexibility)

Rate – Competitive in line with skills and experience

Type – Contract

For one of Planet Pharma global clients, we urgently seek a talented Planning & Resource Analyst to join on an initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of an extension. In this role you will focus on planning, scheduling and resourcing.  

Role:

• Support Project Managers that are responsible for Project Goal, Strategy, Mission and Functional Plans
• Support in coordinating and updating project resourcing, forecasting and budget (internal resource, external costs
• Manage project planning activities such as integrated Roadmap, critical path/chain, timelines/milestones, scheduling and reporting as required.

Requirements:

• Atleast 3 years of experience in a Planning role within the Pharmaceutical.
• Experience of working with global, multi-cultural, diverse teams with demanding timelines and complex deliverables.
• A Project Management Certification or Qualification (e.g. PMP, APM, Prince 2, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
