Laboratory Inventory Coordinator

Role Purpose

We are recruiting a Scientific Inventory Specialist Coordinator to carry out inventory audit at our client sites. This is to support the laboratory asset management recording of data for analytical and life science equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

            Ability to identify asset types and laboratory equipment

            Locate specific equipment labels and information (model, serial, ID)

            Accurately record data from assets to inventory database and identify all gaps

            Complete daily reports as required and update project lead/client

            Liaise with laboratory staff over safety and access

            Follow local lab regulations

            Follow due process as assigned to the project

            Build-up and maintain client relationships during the project.

            Support Management Team to ensure all activities are completed.

Requirements:

            Experience within the Laboratory or Pharmaceutical sector

            Strong analytical skills with proven ability to solve data quality problems in a logical and structured approach

            PC literate in Microsoft packages (Excel, etc)

            Strong relationship management and excellent communication and influencing skills

            Ability to work to own initiative and with minimal supervision while team orientated

            Strong written and verbal communication skills

            High customer focus
