Job Details

Hobson Prior are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Assistant to join a leading CRO on a permanent basis in Hitchin. Our clients focused on bringing life-changing medicines to patients globally.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to manage the drug safety mailbox and other safety data receipt (mail, fax etc.).
  • Assist with submissions (including booking courier, printing, filing etc.).
  • Assist with other case management tasks, as required.
  • Manage departmental filing (hard copy and electronic).
  • Manage return of data to clients.
  • Provide administrative support, as required; couriers, post, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, filing, photocopying etc.
  • Provide assistance for production of fee invoices, as required.

Requirements:

  • Drive /determination to develop good communication and customer focus.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Adobe, Sharepoint etc.)
  • Articulate (written and oral).
  • Diligent team player, with attention to detail.
  • Experience within a CRO or Life Sciences environment would be admirable.
  • Ability to work independently, or as part of a Project Team.
