DETAILS:

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Office based in Surrey/Greater London

THE ROLE:

  • Managing, preparing and maintaining and reviewing Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEAs) and other Third-Party Agreements (e.g. vendor, intercompany agreements)
  • Entering agreement data and perform Quality Control in the Global Agreements Tracking tool
  • Supporting internal and external partners related to agreement matters
  • Acting as contact point for business partners, other departments, third-party provider(s) and authorities regarding agreements
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of agreement related standard operating procedures (SOPs), working instructions (WIs), templates and trackers
  • Supporting additional activities related to third-party relationships, agreements, and back-up for other GPRM related tasks
  • Direct reporting to Global Agreements Manager
  • Back-up to the Local Person for Pharmacovigilance

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Nurse or Pharmacist of Health Science Degree preferred 
  • Experience in Pharmacovigilance required, 2 years’ experience minimum
  • Experience in safety agreement / SDEA  preparation minimum 12 months
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills, detail-oriented, ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within the team and cross-functionally
  • Proven written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Only candidates with existing right to work in the UK/EU will be considered
