Job Details

IQVIA MedTech Consultancy division seeks a project manager able to strengthen our Operations Team soon. From market entry and assessment through reimbursement and sales, we support the key global Medical Technology players in their business strategies. Topics vary, incl. market sizing, marketing or purchasing strategy building, product development, brand positioning and perception (VoC) but also patient pathways or hospital management aspects.

The Project Manager is expected to provide high quality, on-time input to client projects and may serve as project leader for small teams or work streams. Typical projects are multinational, involve primary and secondary data collection and analysis, as well as communication across internal and external teams. Assignments range in complexity from basic analyses and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages a project from concept to delivery, progressively taking on more responsibilities for the project execution
  • Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements and project set-up
  • Is involved in the development of detailed documentation and specifications, incl. project documentation but also research design
  • Performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop client specific solutions
  • Assists in the design and completion of reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
  • Develops, and may present, complete client deliverables within known/identified frameworks and methodologies
  • Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the MedTech market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of related experience
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
  • Curious and persistent, open to learn and dedicate to new topics
  • Creates actionable insights, efficient in analysis (with and without Excel), accurate
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace, the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline
  • Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area
