Scientist - Oncology/Histology

We are looking for someone to start immediately (ASAP) with not only technical skills but an hands-on individual with excellent interpersonal skills, and with a passion to work in diverse and motivated teams. We need someone who can work in English (C1) and German language skills are a plus.

What you will be doing.. 

• Support the molecular applications program of the company's technology from oncologic samples and identify new oncology applications.
• Actively interact with scientists in the field, and drive new product developments.
• Manage development projects according to defined timelines and budget.
• Working with teams to commercialise company products, and modify existing products.
• Strategic planning and alignment. 
• Identify new opportunities and expand current capabilities.
• Initiate research projects/programs aimed business development, improving efficiencies, and meeting objectives.

Your Profile.. 

• PHD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field 
• Good understanding and practical experience of Spatial Transcriptomics or single cell sequencing as well as Oncology, Tumour Morphology/Heterogeneity, Histology, Microscopy 
• Good Bioinformatics skills and data analysis,
• Experience in microscopy, image acquisition, and image analysis desired.

• You are fluent in English (C1 or higher), fluency in German is a plus
