Exciting opportunity to work for our International pharmaceutical client, who is looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support the EMEA Oncology medical team in coordination of the Medical Affairs team activities. You will also support and coordinate the European Medical Team in the agenda creation, minutes and follow-up of Actions and support and coordinate Oncology portfolio medical projects as required.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* To support EMEA Oncology team for planned Congresses & Events
* Work in collaboration with the Team Assistant to manage meeting logistics
* Oversee all EMEA led meetings and events
* To coordinate all potential events led by the EMEA medical team
* Ensure that Advisory Boards & speaker meetings are held to the appropriate compliant standards
* Ensure that all processes associated with procurement, logistics and compliance are completed in an accurate and timely manner
* Liaise directly with customers to develop contracts and ensure timely payment
* To coordinate EMEA medical projects in collaboration with the country medical managers
* Work with suppliers to support EMEA initiatives e.g. the Annual Medical Forum
* Ensuring that all materials are approved through Veeva system
* Responsible for logistics, and communication of event and where appropriate liaise with external venues as necessary
* Work with events companies and organise travel for delegates including taxi and accommodation,
* Organise and manage EMEA Commercial training meetings, venue and logistics and onsite support .
* Administrative duties for EMEA medical
* Processing of team expenses on Concur if needed
* Utilisation of SAP for creation & tracking of Purchase Orders for team
* Maintenance of tracker for budgets
* Booking travel when needed
* Coordinate the shipping of different materials to the EMEA affiliates

Skills & Experience required:

* Strong demonstrable experience of organising medium to large scale meetings, conferences, and exhibitions
* Sound knowledge of budgetary procedures and understanding in processing project expenses - essential
* Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in cross functional teams amongst a wide range of cultures- essential
* Strong commercial acumen with a high level of motivation towards achieving team and personal objectives- essential
* Intermediate/advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel. In addition, a good level of knowledge of databases, including Outlook.
* Planning and Project Management Skills
* Willingness to travel internationally
