Job Details

A new opportunity has opened for a Process Engineer to join a Swiss global chemicals and biotechnology organisation on a contract basis in Switzerland. As the Process Engineer, you are responsible for the proper operation, maintenance and control of systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the implementation of the functional tests on the occasion of the qualification of the ultra-pure media systems, including participation in the risk analyses regarding GMP and safety.
  • Control, support and organization of the continuous monitoring of the ultra-pure media systems.
  • Processing of deviations in cooperation with QA, QC and the company.
  • Coordination of interfaces to operation, operation engineering as well as QA and QC.
  • Responsible for audits and inspections to present the procedures and processes of the ultra-pure media systems.
  • Accountable for the coordination of membrane change and visual control of the relevant systems, investigations of deviations, definition and implementation of measures together with QA, QC and operation.
  • Responsibility for all media in the black sector, waste management, correct disposal of the resulting liquid and solid waste.
  • Planning of waste streams for new products, partners with production and environmental laboratory.
  • Daily monitoring of fault messages and creation of orders as well as active participation in finding solutions.
  • Responsibility for the training of employees in your field of work.
  • Implements the vision and culture of the company and maintains the transfer of know-how to the various teams.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Vocational training or further education technical school (HF) in the field of mechanical or process engineering.
  • Sound professional experience in the construction of utilitiesin the GMP environment.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge in the field of utilities and GMP requirements.
  • Good IT skills, in particular. in Office, SAP, DeltaV (process control system).
