Reporting to the Business Unit Director for Respiratory and Inflammation, this is a great opportunity to join a market leading pharmaceutical company as an Operations Manager. In this role you will:
·Deliver national budget (sales target) and key performance metrics
·Ensure a consistent and timely approach to business planning across the business unit
·Be responsible for the delivery of systems and business processes that enable the Regional Business Director structure to be successful.
·Be a member of the leadership team
·Deliver accurate, insight driven financial forecasts to senior management
·Be responsible for driving implementation of business strategies

Qualifications:
·Degree level of NHS qualification
·Full driving license
·ABPI qualified
The Person/Experience:
·Successful track record in pharmaceutical sales leadership and/or marketing experience
·Business acumen and strategic thinking
·Project management
·Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
·Demonstrate leadership without authority UK market and NHS knowledge
·Performance management
·Evidence of innovative initiatives to partner with the NHS
·Experience of working with third party providers
