Responsibilities for this role are as follows:
• Establishes partnerships with key business liaisons and ensures communication and sharing of information. Acts as an extension of the Business Unit or Functional Group in attempting to efficiently allocate resources and fill staffing gaps.
• Facilitates cross-resourcing requests and is responsible for the analysis, research, and recommendations to fill resourcing needs. Liaises with business partners to source needs appropriately.
• Facilitates redeployment efforts utilizing report analysis and engaging with business partners to identify new positions within Syneos Health.
• Leads and/or supports discussions on the global resourcing calls. Actively participates in BU or Departmental resourcing calls to gather information and action items as well as share best practices for the resourcing process. Manages confidential information regarding upcoming resource leaves, terminations, or organizational changes.
• Provides independent data QC, highlights key data issues, and engages with business partners to correct them or to reinforce process where required.
• Escalates resourcing or process issues to Sr. Clinical Solutions Resourcing Specialist or Manager, Clinical Solutions Resourcing for assistance and resolution. Reviews and relays feedback from the Business Units on suggested tool enhancements or process revisions.
• Reviews and analyzes the weekly Resourcing Reports and the Analytics dashboard to provide resourcing trends. Analyzes report data and provides detailed information to Business Unit Resourcing Liaisons to assist in resource assignments.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders, resource managers and functional team leads to ensure initial project forecast reflects accurate project start timelines.
• Reviews project roll-off timelines to assist in identifying resources for needs and proposals.
• Analyzes therapeutic experience reports and Curriculum Vitae (CVs) and suggests resource assignments.
• Supports visibility into the project lifecycle including budget translation into the Resource Management system, project level updates and summary reporting.
• Supports Resource Management System training and Analytics training support to internal and external stakeholders.
• May provide continuous process improvement suggestions to the Sr. Clinical Solutions Resourcing Specialist or Manager, Clinical Solutions Resourcing. May provide Resource Management system or CV Tool Testing, as required.
• May assist with SharePoint or other intranet site pages as applicable.
• Performs other work-related duties and projects as assigned.
• Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).What we're looking for

• BA/BS degree in business, management or in the science/health care field or equivalent combination of education and experience; resource management experience including resourcing/logistics experience, preferably in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical or bio-technology Company.
• Direct and relevant clinical research experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment is essential.
• Attention to detail with excellent documentation skills and ability to continuously anticipate/solve problems, using poise and effective interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.
• Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet are required.
